He is not referring to the New User Guide or the Rules of Conduct.

No, I don't read the entire TOS or TOU. I usually scan it if it is questionable software.



yea same its easier and if its to good to be true dont take it.

Sometimes it's pays to read them. I remember an old The ScreenSavers Episode they talked about how a company put a prize in the Terms of Service Agreement. I believe it was around $2,000 for the first person to find it and all he to do is call a number.
