I don't think there is one set formula.  It would probably be a mix of ammonia, bleach, and all that stuff.  Sorry I can't give you a more exact answer.

Common chemical bleaches include "chlorine bleach", a solution of sodium hypochlorite (NaClO), and "oxygen bleach", which contains hydrogen peroxide or a peroxide-releasing compound such as sodium perborate or sodium percarbonate. Bleaching powder is calcium hypochlorite.

1. The bleach cycle starts with salt water, which is broken down by electric current into sodium hydroxide, hydrogen and chlorine.
2. The sodium hydroxide is mixed with water. Next, chlorine is added to form sodium hypochlorite, the active ingredient in liquid bleach.
couldnt find equation but heres how its made. Hope it helps
