You need to find out what port you have, unless it says what it is on your PC, it's easiest to just open it up and look. Most likely you have an AGP or a PCIE port, check google for pics.

Download cpuz, it's perfectly safe. Then unzip it and open the exe. Once you open the exe, then tell us what it says on the motherboard tab or specifically the graphics interface under the motherboard tab.
