Vet and Surgery

10 replies 133 views Edited Sep 6, 2013

Just got back from the Vets with one of my rats (Sandy), she had surgery today to remove 2 mammory tumors. Was worried about her the entire day, but beside being very groggy she is well. Smiley Very Happy

Sandy is moving a little slow (sure she is sore from the surgery) but she is eating this morning. Smiley Happy

I had a beautiful cat that died from a large tumor that basically crushed her stomach so that she couldn't eat.

The vet couldn't do anything to help her and we had her put to sleep, which was devastating.

I am glad that your pet was able to be helped and is doing well.

Pets, no matter what they are, are very important to all of us. They can be such a source of entertainment, comfort and joy.
