I am at work for Verizon right now, and that makes no sense whatsoever, thats probably made by some disgruntled customer who is too dumb to understand that thier DSL is not working due to spyware/virus issues on thier PC, but wants to blame someone else for their internet not working.
 
Happens all the time, people are so dumb.
 
Sometimes you have to accept your PC is a POS and we can't fix it.

did you even listen to it? the internet not working has nothing to do with the point of the recording... the point is that he was charged $.002 (.2 cents) when he was supposed to be charged .002 cents... basically meaning that he was charged 100 times more than he should have been.

although something tells me that this is fake... all just seems a bit too convenient.
