Massive Action Game - MAG.  As the ace developer who helped engineer the game engine behind MAG, I can say, it is the only program that utilizes the power of the Cell to anything close to its theoretical maximum. 


  1. Load the data to be operated on onto local memory - and don't further load the memory system with memory accesses.
  2. Perform massive calculations via the on-board local memory
  3. Use the Cell for transform and lighting of dynamic characters

The end result - a whopping 256 players supported!  The only other game on consoles that comes close does 16!  Thus - Ultra Cell utilization.  That's the ONLY way to utilize anything close to its theoretical GFLOPS.
