Transfering my music onto a mac.

3 replies 4 views Edited Nov 24, 2006
When leopard comes out i'm going to buy a macbook and I am currently using a windows pc and I have a fair bit of music, About 16gb of it. I currently use mediamonkey to organise my music all of it is tagged properly and has it's album art. Will it be easy to transfer this music? And what program can I use to organise it when I get my macbook?

It should be easy if you have a router. I've never set up file sharing between a Mac and PC.....but you should be able to do that. You just need to share all the music on the PC, and then transfer it to the Mac through your home network.

As for music organizing.....iTunes is probably the best you'll get able to use.
