Just keep the 360 and save up for the PS3*, none of them have anything special coming out yet anyways.

I am just fed up with my 360 working sometimes, and other times not working. So I am thinking about trading it in for a PS3. How would I go about this?

I have:

  • A high end 360
  • 2 Wireless Controllers
  • 1 Wired Controller
  • Oblivion
  • Lord of the Rings battle for middle earth II
  • Gears of War
  • Fight Night

How much would all that get me?

If your 360 works sometimes and not other times I suggest calling Microsoft. EB/GameStop won't give you any money for it if there is something wrong with it and I would honestly hope no one were to buy it off eBay if it doesn't work properly.

I wonder who you are referring to.....

I don't know whether to advise you to or not. I am a hardcore Sony fan but also know that although the crash rumors seem widespread and common it's still a small percentage. If you truly are worried don't go to a game store, trade-in values are horrible. If you have a good eBay account I'd sell it there.

Bad idea,

The 360 is stable and it has a good library of games.

The PS3 is fairly new and none of the games really stand out.

It's your choice but that is my opinion.

Has anyone else noticed the fact that he says he doesn't want to deal with it working sometimes and not working other times? EB/GameStop won't take that and I don't suggest putting it on eBay without some kind of warning showing that it does not work 100% of the time. I don't mean to repeat what I just posted a few minutes ago, but it seems everyone has looked past this part of the post to tell him which system is the best.

Above is a perfect example of how to get a thread locked.....keep it deep within so that you will know in the future what actually contributes to a thread.
