say you have 2-3 miles of open highway in front of you, but police have been known to patrol the area.  Do you take the chance and burn rubber or do you play it safe?

I have about 2 to 3 miles of straight flat highway near my school...I rarely see cops on it

It helps explain some of their personality.  If you play it safe all the time you're probably high strung and don't take risks.
