I've been planning on buying one so I could have 3 places to DVR from. Probably whenever I'm able to buy a new PC since I don't have a DVD burner on mine (just player).

Live every day as if it were your last, because one of these days, it will be.

The Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP Expert is a great card. It's cheap, around $40. The drivers are stable and updated regularly, as is the tuner/DVR software. And it works wonderfully with Dscaler.

I used that card for several years in different desktops. It's great. So good infact that I took it out of my desktop PC before I sold it to my friend and kept it for myself incase I ever build another PC

I'll look into this one, thanks.

And I can plug the 360 into it and play it on my monitor right?

Well, what exactly do you want to do? If its JUST for an Xbox360, get the VGA cable for the Xbox360 and forget the TV tuner entirely. Infact, get that anyway.  For everything else, its good. However, if you want to use Windows Media Center, you'll need to look elsewhere. Its not Media Center compatible. It'll work in Windows XP MCE, but not the actual Media Center application.
