Stripping to Pay For College

[ Edited ]

didn't they also do a similar show on this.. some girl being a porn star to pay for college (*nvm, they mentioned it later in the video)

she's making $180,000 a year?    the lady asked the right question...  "why going to college? -- when you are making that much money already...

i don't know....i guess it depends on the field you are going... since reputation is important as well...

a job is a job.. i guess..

That's sad.. And I wouldn't go to college honestly.. It's too expensive and not worth the stress and headache.. You can learn crap from YouTube videos and or online or by yourself.. It's just a certificate anyways.. And besides you won't land a job right away anyways since it's hard to find them these days.. So I say skip colllege

community college is cheaper.. it was 2007-2008.. last time i was at a  community college-- here in Arizona.. the tutition was like $1800 for me for 12-15 credits semester ..i can't remember for sure.. but it's cheaper.

there are credits that you can get at a community college level.. then transfer to a university from there..instead of jumping to a 4 year university right off the bat from high school

also stay home with your parents (if you still have a good relationship with them ) will save a lot of money

I wanted to move out when i went to college.. but they wanted to moved with me !! Smiley Happy

so living at home and not having to pay living expenses. .. (FREE RENT, FREE FOOD, FREE UTILITIES, etc.) saved me a lot of money..  i got out of college debt free from using scholarship, financial aid and living from home..

so it's possible..

and in my field of work.. i don't want any stripper or porn star jobs on my resume.. to me.. it's a short term gain.. but long term lost

it think they called it some sort of sport now.. i saw it on the news..

there are  wives who are learning it to perform for their husbands at home.....

howeveer. i don't know many houses have poles build in.. it might be a DIY project... but they better installed it property.. since if a full size person swiing on the pole and it's not properly secured.. :/

@dulun18 I agree with your statement.. Living with your parents is the best thing.. Living on a college campus is the most expensive.. I do want to go to college MAYBE but I just don't think it's really that big of a deal like many people claim it to be.. I don't want to owe the government $60,000 for the rest of my life no thanks.. Not worth my time.. I'de rather just find a job and work hard and play hard... That's how I feel.. Maybe in the future if I can get a scholarship for my disability sure why not..

believe it or not .. it was look down upon..  the idea of living with you parents while going to college.... back in the day..  until the housing crisis.. and with number of high school graduates can barely move out..

so it's getting common now a day..

"oh you still living with your parents ? "   i get that alot  back then..

so i usually replied "yes.. it's not bad though .. i got no student loan debts, free living expenses, and what i make now are going to my pocket (after taxes).. so it's great "

then they will shut up about it..

Let me honest with you. If I was woman and look good and could make the money that strippers can make in a night at a stripclub, I could care less about reputation.

When I was in the Army and I ventured into the strip bars. I meant one girl who I ended being friends with. She was making 900 dollars a night, minus 200 dollars for fees. So you mulitply that into 5 or 6 days a weeks. You were making good money.

In today's economy, it is dang hard to find a job worthy to pay that amount of money with little experience.

There is this stigma that strippers are on crack and are into the porn industry. That isn't always the case.

Now how long does it take to get a job nowadays? It can take a bit. But an attractive woman can walk into a strip bar and get hired almost on the spot and start making serious money.

It isn't about reputation it is working smart.

we are working in different fields then... since i wouldn't want this to come up in a background check..

like i said.. a job is  a job..

short term gain.. long term loss

if they are earning a lot of money.. there's no reason of going to college.. just keep at it..

but this is personal choice and they can do what they want...who cares what people think

*uh...you don't have to be female.. they have male strippers.. and it's $180,000 a year.. so why not go for it? Smiley Indifferent  it's working smart right?

for me i'll pass.. since i'll never hear the end of it.. Smiley Indifferent

LIke the saying goes I am no spring chicken or rooster anymore. I am older than most younger people and I am out of shape. Not carrying the 52 pack anymore LOL. So applying for a strippers job would take a lot of training on my part.

Most women don't need a lot of training to look hot LOL
