Spam

12 replies 130 views Edited Jul 3, 2012

Spam we all get it in our e-mails but know one wants it on their ps3's so I just had an long time psn friend send me some spam and this is how I handled it.

"Hay its been a long time sense I have heard from you and I fell where cool but I have to draw the line at any one who spam this kind of content and when I see this I normally just delete the psn from my friends list but I think that a little harsh so I just reported you.

You are welcome."

I like your sentiment, especially because you said it was from a long time "friend".

As a rule I read the first word or two, then report then delete the message & then the "Friend" from my friends list as well.

I know my long-time "friends" & I don't think any of them are stupid enough to send me  one of those messages in the first place, but if they did, I'd probably take your route too.

I personally just delete it...

Now if it is repetitive then I would bring it to there attention.

If still it continues then I would proceed to report and delete.

If you are my friend dont send me spam. Thats how I see it.

My little brother gets spam all the time because he adds completely random people he sees in his COD lobbies.

I don't get spam at all because most (if not all) of the people on my friends list are people I know in real life, and they're not gullible 10-year-olds.
