Shadow Of Rome

This was such an awesome game for the ps2 right? I hope sony will make a remake for this game in the future.

I didn't care for it much. I really enjoyed Colosseum: Road to Freedom.

Well, first of all Capcom is the one who made the game... Sony had no hand in that. Shadow of Rome was published eight years beforehand. We've seen remakes of PlayStation/multi-console releases during the PlayStation 2 era, but rather than do that a lot of times in the PlayStation 3 era companies just took the easy route by remastering PlayStation 2 games in HD with trophy support.

 

Shadow of Rome, although a good game in itself, doesn't appear to be the kind of focus Capcom has in their future. This being one of Keiji Inafune's projects, the game apparently didn't sell too well when it first released. Now an ex-employee of Capcom, it's unlikely we'll see anything more from Keiji's work in the future.

Wow. Interesting. Must of been fun working for Capcom.
