Re: Sausages!

I a big fan of Sopresata (a.k.a. soupy) sliced thin on a triscuit with a glass of good whiskey to drink alongside it.  Yum.

Not a fan at all of black sausage.  It just tastes too "rusty" for my tastes.  The first time I was ever in England, for breakfast they had black pudding on the menu.  I had no idea what it was.  I tried it, and it was just way too rust-tasting.  Like I was sucking on an old iron nail.  It was then that I learned that black pudding, as well as black sausage, is another name for blood pudding/blood sausage.  Hence the iron-rich taste of it.  Smiley Tongue

Good black-pudding tastes creamy, very creamy not rusty and it should be fried with a nice caramelised crust on the outside.

From my recent observation, Hitman enjoys sausage... though I doubt that is the same as the subject of this thread.
