Returning my iPod to Apple

I have had my 2nd generation iPod nano since late September/Early November. Do you guys think I would be able to return it to Apple and get my money back?

I never heard of Apple paying for a used iPod. You might be better off on eBay.

If its in good condition, you'd get quite a few bucks for it.

A 2nd generation iPod nano? Theres a pretty big span of space between late September and early November! You know, the whole month of October!

Apple (if you bought it from them) has a 2 week return policy for products, plus a restocking fee unless its defective. So you're basically SOL.
