Anyone know of a tutorial to where I can make the picture look kind of foggy... like if smoke was all over the place?

I have a plug in that creates smoke lol, or you can just go around it with a soft brush in a light gray and then liquify it an dlower opacity

not sure which pic I'm going to use...

I'm making it for a friend! Smiley Very HappySmiley Tongue

We're making fun of these kids at school who go to these hookah bars and think they are cool and **bleep**...

we're the BONG BRIGADE!

So, I'm going to get a picture of a bong and put BONG BRIGADE on it and was going to make it look all smoky! Smiley Tongue (if that was possible)

ugh , lol?

Ok well get a one of the stock brushes with soft edges on the outside just paint with it in a light gray

after that lower the opacity for your likeing

Then go to filter > liquify and liquify it until it looks good, I have't tried it just an idea.
