@Hermaeus_Moron Because he had yet to see the joys of a burlap sack. Giapetto placed the joys of a real boy in his life instead.
I take it back, this conversation has been the proudest moment of my life.
The on i acted out the most on is when i was 10ish I won a trophy for building a model car VW Baja Bug. It was at a hobby store. We got back in town from a vacation about 2 in the morning. I asked my Mom & Dad to stop by the store our way home. When i looked in the window there it was my model and a 8" trophy beside it. It was the first time i ever won anything. I jumped up and down screaming like a little kid, well i was a little kid.
I had many others in my life Getting Married 37 years ago,2 Children,First and only home,Paying it off, Grandchildren maybe not at first but they grow on ya as they grow up. The Good Lord has blessed alot.
Getting Older doesn't mean it's GAME OVER
It's a better idea to buy games for your PS4
Than to buy a New Console for your PS4
I didn't know it at the time, but when I was 6, on September 10th, 2001, at 8PM, I visited the observation deck on the South Tower of the World Trade Center in New York City. Makes me proud years later to know I was one of the FINAL people to ever stand on top of that building. Literally one of the final, because the OB deck closed a few minutes later, and it never opened again since the building would be destroyed 10AM the next morning. I still had the ticket stub that looked like this:
But the ticket was lost when I moved in 2007. Shame.
I plan to return to the World Trade Center and visit the new observation deck in the freedom tower once it opens this fall.
Now I guess for something less of that, I guess when I saved up and bought my very own PS3. It was the first thing I ever bought myself.
