It's a mock up design isn't it? As for 16GB, it would make sense, they most likely might not be using a hard drive instead flash memory.

Nobody said it was 16GB. That was just a photoshopped mockup. Releasing a 16GB flash player for $350 that is just as big as the 80GB iPod would be foolish.

The touchscreen might sway others to buy it though. I'm wondering if they are using flash memory or an actual hard drive for this one.
