According to Reuters, previously PC and Xbox-only titles Kane & Lynch and Crossfire will be coming to the PlayStation 3 along with Microsoft's console.Does this mean sony is finally turning around?

Ive never heard of Crossfire, and Kane & Lynch doesn't look that great IMO. But the thing about Sony's exclusives is that some were highly anticipated, like Devil May Cry.
