Go to the Playstation Portable section for this. You'll get a response there.

The Location-Free base station has two sets of RCA inputs.  So it can connect to anything with RCA (yellow video and white/red left-right stereo audio) outputs. I've connected it to DVD players with A/V out and I'm assuming a satellite box would have an extra output, or you'd have to get an A/V splitter.

·       Which version should i get?

LF-B20 is wireless G, LF-B10 is wired. Otherwise they are the same.

·       What devices can i hook it to

The base station hooks into your network. You can then remotely view the A/V you feed into it from your laptop (you get one license with it) and/or your PSP.  The video looks "OK" on a computer but pretty sweet on the PSP.

·       SHould  I get it and can i get a cheap one?

I like it, but it is more of  a novelty than an everyday use kind of device. I can have a DVD playing in my living room and then watch the same thing on my bedroom computer or PSP if I want to get up and go do something else out of that room. If you have good enough Internet connectivity (upload speed) you can connect your laptop/PSP to your home A/V source from anywhere worldwide. Not too practical right now due to bandwidth limitations.

Do you think with software and firmware upgrades that the lfb10/20 models will improve in features and functionality?
