Japanese Words Trivia

100 replies 4 views Edited Jul 6, 2006
Well, I'll ask words (I'm not an expert, but I love listening to Japanese, and only Japanese Animes) and you can 2 for their definitions. The Qs might be for knowing if others know, or to ask others so you'll know.
,
Easy ones for start (I know all):
,
1. Kaze
,
2. Humi
,
3. Toki
,
4. Ikio
,
5. Hoshi (has 2 definitions)

"kaze ga yoseta kotoba ni oyoida kokoro kumo ga hakobu a**bleep**a ni hazunda koe" is the first line of Suteki da ne, which translates into:

"
My heart was swimming in words gathered by the wind My voice bounded into a cloud-carried tomorrow..."

So its in there, but with Japanese it doesn't come first, just the way their grammar is structured.
