You do know that its not going to stick. It'll be back up 'round the end of the month. So fill up your plastic containers for cheap while you can.
The general consesus among economists (at least from what I've read/heard in lectures) seems to point to 2010 as the start of the recovery.
I forget exactly who it was, but one economist stated that the economy won't get better until after it completely fails and people have more of a motivation for it to improve.
Now, obviously, these are all theories, and it could turn around tomorrow or twenty years from now.
