Not sure about the artwork. But I know it gets the songs off. I use it when I have to re-format my comp., It works great.

Ohh well I did buy all my songs off itunes

you can use my little program I made back in the day. If you have a iPod Nano 2Gb it should work smoothly

get a program called ephpod, google it.  it works great, use it all the time!

if its enabled for disk use you can plug it into your computer put cancel on the pop up that says if you want to erase and sync got to the ipod in my computer click tools folder options>view hidden click on ipod_controls and there should be a few folders with all of the music files
