I'll go for the Shine because I have no use for a smart phone.. I prefer the slider version though because it looks cooler.

Well for verizon, they both cost 180 dollars. The flip one just came out and the smartphone is just expensive because it's a smartphone. Fullmetalone, I really like the slider too, but I can get a new phone in like less than 2 weeks, and the flip version probably won't come to the US till the end of this year.

They cost $49.99. I recommend the LG CU500 though its way better than the Sync.
