How much truth to this Microsoft info?

Hard to believe its true but at this point it would not shock me either.

It's a satire piece that was mentioned somewhere else.  The point of the (fake) article is that Microsoft's past announcements make you wonder if it's not true.

I didnt have much faith in it but M$ seems to be good a shooting themselves in the foot lately so who knows.

Except that it is true.

 

The reason the article is written the way it is, is because of how bad Microsoft is letting it get due to the restrictions
