First of all.. do they even exist, because I've been having a hard time finding one!

Second off, if they do exist, could you give me a link to an affordable, reliable one?

If they do not, then please just suggest affordable regular ones..

Thanks

Pretty sure they exist... and if you can find a good cheap one... I dunno. Finding a good cheap TV Tuner is hard to do.

Good and cheap TV tuners exist. I used one when I had to deal with the horror that is Windows. The Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP Expert is a good SD tuner card.

HDTV tuners exist. But unless you're willing to pay an arm and a leg, you're only going to get OTA HD channels. Very few cards support component input, and even fewer support 720p or 1080i video capture. Those don't come cheap.
