Help with American Gov't Homework

20 replies 3 views Edited Nov 27, 2006
I need help with the dual court system. The state court and the federal court. The state court has one division and the federal court has 2 divisions, and one of those 2 have 2 divisions. What are the divisions?

Well, it depends on the State. All states have some kind of State Supreme Court, while some have a Court of Appeals and others do not. Some states have many types of courts and divisions.

The Federal Court system has the US Supreme Court, and the District Courts. Within the District Courts is the US District Courts of Appeals.
