Help remembering name of song

5 replies 161 views Edited Nov 8, 2013

There was a video of a fantastic song...I can't remember the name of it.  There was a man and a woman in a gym, the woman was playing a drum and girls were playing jump-rope.  It used to play in the theatre in Home.

Any ideas?

PS - I miss you all.

"I have the..."

That's all I have.

Can you remember any of the other words?

I want to say they say, "I have the pride", but I can't promise that's it.  All I remember is I loved the song, but I can't remember anything else.

It was a man and a woman standing on bleachers in a gym, the man was playing a guitar and the woman was playing a marching band drum.  The man had a slight beard, and the woman had long, curly, dark hair.

There were girls jumping rope to the song.

Got it!

"My Will is Good"

Thanks for helping me remember (yes, you helped)!

Late you ask your ache
Cross your fingers did you find somebody to blame?
Bank it all up on the next years lottery
I think my will is good.

Windy, settle down
I find some comfort, and you tell me that I told you so
Try to trade it for a cheap skate holiday
I think my will is good.

And every other time
The tide will come to turn
Try to tag along
Will you never learn to
Keep it to yourself
Look the other way
How could I suffice?
Youre all I ever hated.

Every other year I try to wait and bet
While you slowly take to much
Pocket one more piece, of our true stories and dreams
I think my will is good

Try my best to admire that I am not a traitor
And all your well worn ways
Will only get you what you wanted anyway
I think my will is good.

And every other time
The tide will come to turn
Try to tag along
Will you never learn to
Keep it to yourself
Look the other way
How could I suffice?
Youre all I ever hated.

I was never home
I was never here
All these thoughts came back
To you this time of year.
