I have achilles tendinitis that won't go away and it's **bleep** up my running.

I actually haven't had ANY health issues due to my constant game playing. I've been playing games since the late 90s/early 2000s and nothing has really affected me. Smiley Tongue

The original Castle Wolfenstein.  It came out before Doom.  When you run down a hall in Doom, the "camera" bounces up and down and gives you the feeling of a natural walking motion.  In Wolfenstein, there is no camera bounce.  You just glide up and down the hallways, in and out of rooms.

After a while, this becomes unnatural and alien.  If I played for any length of time, I would get the most painful lock-ups in my head/neck area.  It would cause intense headaches.  After a while, I realized I should just never play the game again.  It's not as fun as Doom anyway, and it's far too painful.

Actually, I do. I always have a problem when playing FPS genre, it gets me really dizzyness on my head very quickly; very similar to airsickness or seasickness. Hence, I avoid this kind of genre. Robot Frustrated

My hands twitch sometimes during/after long Call of Duty sessions but that's about it.

The big negatives of gaming for me, health wise, is that I sit for far too long and not really moving around as much as i want cause I get so involved in the games I play that i forget to move. And I think it also leads into me being overweight, I'm goona change this by playing less and adding some type of workout into my sechedule.
