Has Christmas moved your heart yet?

14 replies 2 views Edited Dec 22, 2006
As Christmas draws near, have you done your part? I worked in a soup kitchen last night, it was an interesting "scene" if you will. It was called the Christmas Dinner, although the food was plain Pasta and Rice. (Makes more sense now, eh? Smiley Tongue)

Have you done your part?
Here are some things you can do!
  • Shovel snow!
  • Donate food!
  • Buy presents for children in boarding homes!
  • Walk dogs and cats for your neighbors!
  • Be a good son/daughter!
Santa Claus may not be real, but to children he is! Dress up as Santa and spread the love to all who see you!

Yay! I shovel some of my neighbors driveways, and the sidewalk in front of my house.

Wait, Santa doesn't exsist?

CHRISTMAS!!!

  • We don't have snow where I live.
  • My family doesn't notice that.
  • That's what my dad's hotel does...
  • Everyone in my neighborhood doesn't have a pet.

It has not and never will.  BTW humbug means nonsense.
Think before you act. It will save me the effort of correcting you.

Not yet.  I give money to charities when they're canning or something, but it hasn't snowed, so I can't shovel.  And I usually don't "volunteer" that much.  Not to seem like I take things for granted, I just never got into or found places to really volunteer and help those less fortunate.  Maybe I'll look into that more.
