Easy, Fast and great breakfast.
Make some biscuits for the week (from scratch or a can) and store them in a ziplock bag in the fridge.
1. Take Biscuit from fridge and microwave till warm, then cut in half.
2. Take a ramekin and wipe it with a little olive oil, crack an egg into the ramekin and whip the egg.
3. Microwave egg till done (time will vary for your microwave) I do 30 seconds.
4. Put egg on biscuit and enjoy.
You could also keep some bacon or sausage handy and nuke it to warm it up for the biscuit also.
You now have a hot, fresh, and tasty breakfast sandwich in under 2 minutes.
