It has VERY strong language (F-word and such) but you can turn off the extreme content. There is an option in the game to do it.

Maybe his parents care...Some people in this country still care and how they represent themselves instead of dropping f bombs every second and acting like trash

Hah. Swearing doesn't affect me at all.

Well it can make you look like a fool in public

Both. It cuts out some of the language and it turns the gore, blood and such into sparks.

I thought the filter only turned off the gore, didn't realised it turned off the language as well.

Still however, the game is rated M for a reason.  Even with Gore off it's still a very violent game and I wouldn't recommended for anyone under 16 at the very least.
Looking forward to PSP Trophy support

To tell you the truth, I'm not all that sure because I leave the extreme content on. I'm sure it probably turns off the F word. Does anyone have confirmation of this?

Hope this helps.
