Favorite Recipes and General Food Discussion

[ Edited ]

Didn't see a recent thread about this...

So I thought it might be fun to start a thread about our favorite recipes, along with general food discussion.

Cookies, snacks, comfort food etc., it's all welcome :smileyhappy:.

I look forward to seeing what you guys post, and I'll do my best to share some of my faves with you guys as well.

Also, I'm broadening this thread to include discussion of food in general. :smileyhappy:

Madras from the local Indian  with a pint of Guinness.

Or tea and a croissant.

Sounds good.

Might as well edit this and make it a general food thread too :smileyhappy:.

That pizza from Krogers in that red box is soooooooo good, so are the oatmeal cookies with icing.

But well made spaghetti is my favorite thing to eat.

I have now accepted your vegetarianism because you recognize the greatness of Chinese food. Good job, sir. Good job.

As someone who is not able to eat most dairy foods, Chinese food is where I have turned to. And it fills the void nicely.

Please someone have a Tofu recipe.  I still have a block of tofu in my fridge.  It comes out so bad and plain when I try to do anything with it :smileyvery-happy:

My favorite is General Tso's bean curd or tofu (in place of chicken), and vegetable lo mein.

Fresh fried rice is to die for.
