Error 8071023

Yesterday the new update for BlackOps 2 (1.09) had just launched and whenever i try to update the game , after finishing about 20% it shows me the error 8071023. This issue is leaving all my online capabilities of the game unusable . I hope somebody can offer some assistance Immediatly . Thank You.

Ive been having the same problem for months now. No one seems to have any answers on this forum.  I hope someone posts a solution to this dilemma & prove me wrong.
