Wanna know something? Im always a skinny guy, BUT, 2 years ago i put on some pounds. (Got 220LBS or so), and noticed big changes. 

Now im fit and only 160LBS. Wanna know how to do it?

CARDIO. Go walking for at least 2 hours a day. 

This is what walking does:

 

- Tones your legs, arms, waste, butt, hips and back.

- Makes you more able to handle walking and running for longer.

- Makes you fit.

 

I lost 60LBS in only 3 months from cardio...  Oh and, even if you do the above, it dont help if you eat junk food or drink soda. 

Drink water, eat fruits, veggies and all natural foods, and work out. Thats all there is too it. Oh, and count calories.

Unfortunately, I do not watch the crossfit games. However, I do about Rich Froning and he is insane (in a good way). That guy is so ripped!

If you just care about losing weight, try watching your calories. I've been using My Fitness Pal for 6 months and I've dropped 30 lbs. You can find it online or download the app. It'll take your weight, lifestyle and your ideal weight, then it will ask you a timeline and tell you how many calories a day to eat and help you track them.

Also, check out NerdFitness.com if you want to do more than just drop weight.

I see two things that can remedy that. You either:

1.Find a nice route to walk on. It helps quite a bit, actually. Or,

2. Bring something to entertain yourself with. Music seems to be the most obvious option.

Errr....my city is not the best to find new routes. We have too many stop lights and nothing interesting. Maybe I will try the old treadmill while watching a movie. I have a fancy headset that would help block the treadmill's sound
