Does this auction look suspicious to you?

Online retail price is about $255-$260 new.

The "No Returns Accepted" makes me think something isn't right. However the feedback looks pretty good. What do you think?

Not suspicious at all. About the No Returns Accepted, the majority of listings on ebay don't accept returns. It's default actually, I think. Would you waste your time with someone receiving the item and being like "mehhhh I don't want it anymore and I don't want to cover return shipping"?

His feedback is perfect, that item isn't BIN, and it won't be quite as high as retail when the snipers come but this is on eBay and it's like driving a brand new car off the lot. Besides... eBay Buyer Protection will cover you if he tries to overcharge shipping or if the item is defective or not as he described.

He says "BRAND NEW." If it isn't brand new and he lied about the selling, an eBay dispute will solve everything and Paypal will refund you.

It's eBay buyer protection.

I'll watch it, but I can almost guarantee a couple of those last-second bidders will snatch it up for out of my budget.

With e-bay, it's practically 0 risk. I've had to use it before, it might take a few days but it usually gets resolved quickly.

You never know, you might get lucky and noone else bid on it.
