Yes you can. But you cant do it without the help of some sort of machinery that is faster then the human mind. You cant do anything alone anymore.

the human mind is a good thing, and not obsolete. With some academic education, you develop your mind more into that which can handle certain scenarios in a job that you always wanted and got after going through that academic education. You can develop your human mind for the better or for the worse. Greed is actually part of free choice. People choose to be good. People choose to be bad. People choose to be greedy. People choose to be religious. People choose what they like to have, touch, see, smell, taste, and hear. Nothing is ever obsolete.
