Re: Did anyone watch tonight's Family Guy episode "The Life of Brian Griffin"?

I'm glad. Now the show needs to just end. Family Guy is an almost entirely awful show that caters to the ignorant by presenting them with unoriginal jokes/stories that they believe to be fresh.

As I said in my thread,
80% unoriginal content.
20% original content.
10% funny content.

If Brian is permanently dead, then why is there a future episode called Brian's A Bad Father?

He's a bad father because he died.

My question is when will Peter, Chris, Meg, Lois, Quadmire, Joe, Cleveland, etc. die?

Kind of stopped watching FG. Brian & Stewie were the only ones I liked but they got 'destroyed' a few seasons ago as well in my eyes so I kind of just stopped tuning in weekly. When I do happen to catch episodes though (like on AS), some of the stuff the family gets into is just cringe/headshaking worthy.

Might check out the episode though to see how Brian went out =\

I liked Brian, he was always the voice of reason. But he was also a hypocrite most of the time. Now who will provide Liberal social commentary?

But seriously, this is kind of stupid. To make things worse, they kill him in a meaningless way. Hit by a car really? So many animals die like that. Couldn't he have died of old age?

And they're already trying to replace him. Why not give the characters time to deal with his death? Oh that's right, character development doesn't mean jack on this show.

I can't believe how many people hate Family Guy as much as I do. I used to love it, but then they decided to build every character into their worst character traits completely. Its like that episode with the handi quacks when Peters explainin why people watch shows, because they care about them. I hate pretty much every character because they turned them all into a holes. I call it a cruel irony. Plus the plots are not really connected together which bothers me. I known its a cartoon but I don't like it when the events of 1 episode mean nothing in a later episode. wouldnt suprise me if they brought him back later.
