Frank Lecerf's vehicle, which was modified for disabled drivers, got stuck at 60MPH. When applying the brakes, the car accelerated further. He kept trying to brake, which then caused the car to accelerate up to 200KPH/125MPH and it got stuck.
Police escorted the speeding vehicle as toll booths are warned to keep their gates open. Miraculously, despite speeding for 1 hour, he didn't hit anything and the car ended up in a ditch after running out of petrol.
Epic Driving Skills, man!

I remember about a year ago, when that whole "stuck acceleration" with Toyotas was going on. There was this woman on the phone with 911 saying, "zOMG CaNT STOP!" and the 911 operator was like, "Uh, turn off the ignition?" Lady was amazed it worked...and stated in her post-interview she would have never thought to do that.
Man I am seeing a bunch of kool topics this morning...
Thanks for posting this (Kudos)
How old was the guy can you imagine a 80 year old flying at that speeds.
