I find the best way if you get into a tiff with someone is shakeing there hand and saying no hard feelings. I just read that if you forgive someone who you believe did bad to you it helps keep your mind at rest. It saves your energy for better things in your life. Who here is a good forgiver in life ?

I'm not good at forgiving someone who hurt me because I might not want to speak to them ever again for what they have done that led me to resent them. I'll have to let time to heal wounds, and slowly let go of grudges and demons that I'm currently struggling with.

Maybe then I'll forgive them and put the past behind us.

"letting go forgiving?"

No.

It depends what the person had did to me for me to forgive them. Most of the time, I accept their apology if they ever try to make things right.
