Let,me start off by telling you the pistol is exceptional. It's a H&K,USP Compact 40 cal. I used standard bullets at the range, but carry, with hollow points.

Mine is on the top. The other gun is a Glock 27, a sub-compact 40 cal.

The black bar is there to cover the serial number.

Very, very nice.  I shot around with a Glock a,little while ago, but my favorite by far is a Barreta semi auto that I,shot a few years ago.  I own three guns.  Two shotguns, one,Remington and one Barreta.  Then a Remington .22.  Very fun, guns.

Re: 2nd ammendment right/loves firearms

I bet a .40 cal packs quite a punch. I wanna get a .357 Glock 31. It's a full-size, so it should be a lot easier to hold on to. Glock is such a great company. When I turn 21, I'm either getting a GK 17 (9 mm) or a 31 (.357). You should check out Glock's website, and anyone else who read/replied this thread should also. I don't know much about HK except that they're German, but I've heard they're pretty reliable
I, too, am filled with sadness

nice

Nov 13, 2005
Congrats on the new firearm. I almost went with the USP Compact when, making MY first purchase. Ended up with a Sig P239 9mm. I carry it all,the time and love it. I think what really sold me on the Sig was the, trigger. Much nicer than the HK IMO. That said, i would feel just as,comfortable carrying the HK concealed (although i would get the LEM,without a safety and the lighter trigger). Quality, quality pistol.,I've shot a couple HK's including the P7M8, USP Compact .40, and the,Mark 23. All very nice and a joy to shoot. Give us some updates on your, range trips.
