Agreed, this is crazy! Some things just shouldn't be patenable(sp?).
if thats true, his lawsuit will not hold up.

While it may be true that most lawsuits are stupid, and this guy is just trying to make a buck, we gotta keep in mind that if he was the first to develope this technology, and he patented it first, then he should get paid, that is the law.
