Wow, it seems like the forums were so much better back then...

Indeed. If the activity level of the forums were as engaging as the old times, you'd probably never leave much. When I first started, my PS3 started to collect dust!

lol with the spoofed mod chat.  Having a sense of humor not only helped it was required to retain any sense of sanity.

Like this one?  People always assumed it was real.

I think FEAR is referencing the one Specter made.

JacqaL Sig

LOL

Also if you look at the post counts on the different boards from the image above, the boards were (all around) more active back then as well.   Things are getting better here though.

Re: A gift for the vets...

Been busy with SOCOM , MAG and some Battlefield stuff over on EA.  Wasn't able to post here for quite a while due to technical issues but they seem to be getting resolved, Mohawk was helping me but I fell through the cracks for a bit when he left Then Sushi and Twanza stepped in and came to my rescue...lol  Kinda hard to report a posting problem on a forums when you can't post on a forum

@DrGadget  That was one of my fav's.  I also liked when all our custom tags would reflect some calender events, for halloween I was "Scaring Children" while others were "Stealing Candy" or "Monster Mashing"  and for Easter I was "Fluffy Bunny" with a pink handle.

What did I help you with? It's been so long that I've forgotten a lot of stuff with the forums.
