Don't let it stress you out. Flying is still one of the safest ways to travel. The odds of something like this happening are not high, especially on a passenger plane where unbalanced cargo isn't nearly as much of an issue.

I've done quite a bit of flying over the years, and even with all the news out there about flight problems I trust flying. In fact, I'll be flying across the country in a couple of months, and even after watching this I can't wait. I'm not really looking forward to 7 hours in a small confined seat, but flying in general and my vacation will be awesome.

This is why I actually go outside and always have a jacket and umbrella in my car handy.

Texas' weather is unpredictable.... Just yesterday it was nice and warm at 75*.... turn off a/c and open the windows weather.... today, cold front with overcast sky, high of 59* low of 30*....

Lol, I know, Im originally from Oklahoma, and we have had weeks that consist of almost every season before..its so weird.

well, like DVM-501 said, this is a freak accident...I mean you literally hear about car crash fatalities amost every day if you watch enough news channels...and how many passenger planes of that size go down? I honestly cant remember the last one except the time the guy landed on the Hudson like a pro.

just make sure all your heavy military cargo is safely strapped down before you fly.
