Drug abuse is a major indicator of possible physical/sexual abuse as well. But yeah, pot made them do it. Or Jimmy Hendrix. Or their friend who mentioned doing salvia one time.

Ban Jimmy, friends and any other gateways. Seal the gateways, people.

Why are they screw ups? (and, pro-tip, do not assume. They are 18+)

Really because it seemed an awful lot like you were talking about high school, and decided to back pedal.

You want to know a gateway? Mandatory cannabis testing, which leads to hydrocodone abuse so it doesn't sound any alarms on urine tests, and leaves the body 2-4 days after use. That's a pretty big gateway. And a big checkmark in the legalization column.

those legal pills the doctors prescribe are more harmfull can cause stomach bleeding and all the scary stuff!

just stick with the natural mon wont kill you and you wont kill anyone either you might fall asleep and get really hungry

marijuana can help the economy because people would buy weed and then they would have to buy extra food too and would need to work more to support their habits

Portugal too. Led to less drug abuse!

Imagine that. How burdened is the United State's legal system with marijuana arrests btw?

People who cannot go without pot for the week of their drug testing needs some help. My work schedules them.

And who cares if they are in high school or not? My friends range from juniors in high school to sophomores in college. Tell me, why are these other drugs indicative of being screw ups if pot isn't?

its different in each state like nyc might be more lenient and jersey might not be as lenient

you can still get probabtion for marijuana possession and many fees and mandatory drug testing (for all drugs not just maryjane)

No, but most people that smoke meth, shoot heroin, or smoke crack started out on marijuana. So while "marijuana won't kill you", it could lead you to use other drugs that will harm and possibly kill you.

Oh well, if they want to kill themselves with meth why not? It's their choice after all.

yeah thats actually a good point why should someone care if someone wants to go and shoot up heroin and die?

i guess it might come down to coming to work, driving, and being in public.

porbably wouldnt be able to get high at work and drive under the influence and do it in public. people seem to have control over that with alcohol so with drugs it should be the same.

Your arguments are for DECRIMINALIZATION. That is not legalization. Keep the subjects distinguished if you please.

I am not for sending drug users to long sentences. I want the producers in prison.

We are talking about users. Big differencee.
