I have wireless and 9.6mb/s internet and there is no lag...

Try using ethernet and if that works, try using your computer on the wireless network. If that works than try the network diagnostic on the 360 and see what part fails and then come back and tell us.

How far away is the wireless router? Try moving the 360 and router as close together as possible, and if your router has the antennas on the back that some router have, aim those towarsd the 360.

k, my room is in the upper right corner of my house and the router is in the bottom left corner. I'll try that thoughSmiley Happy

I've heard of problems like that before. It could be that there's too much space between the router and 360, and that could be messing up the signal. If you can move them any closer together, even to the next room over, it should help

Does that work good for you like do you lag at all and is your router even that good, because I might move mine to my room sometime this year. Oh and goodluck with the problem .

Do you have anything to test your Wireless connection (Laptop, PSP, DS)? Maybe your wireless internet is down.
