@far-zan You can change the weight on push ups its called putting a plate on your back, and it's really helpful. Also bench pressing is good but if you want to build up arm muscles on your arms, dumbbells are your best bet, my friend started a fitness club up at my school so i can get a 90$ membership at inshape for 6 months. Need a job to earn the money again so i could start working back out
