Bench Press allows you to change weight, while Push-ups your stuck with the same weights. It is better to pick up more weight with less reps to build muscle so... Plus you can do other exercise too ex. squats. Sure a person can run, I run plenty for soccer as well as track in the spring after a lot of it, its not very intense.

How dare thee mention the name of an XBOX exclusive on teh Playstation forums. Ban tis man now. jk. But how dare you say no to Naruto. The Ultimate Ninja Storm games are some of the best fighting games around. Plus I can't afford to buy Tekken Tag Tournament 2 or Dead or Alive 5 right now soooooo I'll just stick to meh Naruto. And I won't buy it if it sucks like Generations.
