I've been there!!!! YUCK! I grew up in WNY/Upstate and it's NO FUN!
For me... LA would be toooo hot in the summer and NY tooooo cold in the winter....
So if I had to choose between those 2, it would be NYC
But my ultimate favorite city is London, UK <3
