because the ps3 is still new so that must be a problem like the 360 had and that must be a debuged 360

No one will be able to factually answer your question. One possibility I can think of is that the PS3 pumps out more hot air, keeping the internal components cooler during gameplay. However, this would lead to the display case heating up much quicker than the 360, possibly leading to an overheated system. This is why the PS3/360 are supposed to be kept in open areas.
